Why Grey Fox exists
Security, AI and automation are usually sold by three different suppliers who never speak to each other. The result is automation nobody has tested, AI nobody governs and security advice nobody has time to implement.
Grey Fox Labs was set up to treat them as one discipline. The people who would attack a system help design it. The people who automate a process also decide how it is monitored. Each division is a focused practice; together they cover the whole problem.
How we use AI ourselves
We run our own operation the way we recommend to clients. AI agents handle research, drafting and routine operations inside a private environment, with approval gates on the actions that matter and a log of what was done. What we sell is what we use.
What we will not do
- Test, monitor or investigate anything without written authorisation from someone entitled to give it.
- Invent findings, inflate severity or pad a report.
- Claim certifications, partnerships or coverage we do not hold.
- Sell a product because it pays us, rather than because it fits.
